Exhausted and loving it !!

Hello again.
This is the first week of the term I and things are a wee bit disorganized right now but will surely settle down by next week.

In the past few days I have had a few happy moments and sad.
There's this mega shopping center in B'ham called Bullring. You get tired walking but there are shops that you haven't even seen yet. And yes, we visited the Soho road where you'll find shops named Sangam, Rachna, Gill's, Suwarna and so on. Also SBI, ICICI, BoB, PNB... if you know what I mean.
It’s an Indian street!
Only thing missing is the thelaas and the paani puri!

Yes. I have made friends and I like them. People in general are honest and the unmistaken British humor is all around. But the university has a huge amount of international diversity and especially my course where there are a whopping hundred and fifty people from nations such as China, India, Japan, the Britain, the States, Ghana, Taiwan, Nigeria, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Romania and others sitting in one extra large hall called the G12.

Also I have mastered the microwave and now it prepares delicious food for its master. My beloved Indian friends studying particularly in the USA – stop whining over a Maggi and let youtube guide you.

Yes. Soho street

As I said its an Indian street

Now doesn't this feel like Mussoorie or Shimla?

There are more shops like this but I wonder when do they wear it in such weather! :-P

The first one !

Hey there!
This ones my first blog and third day in Birmingham UK.
So far so good.
Beautiful country. It is now that I understand the difference between a developed country and a developing country. For readers who don't know me, I'm Aditya from India.

I have never written a blog when I was in India coz you know we have loads of people there to talk to, be with. Yeah, we have a fair number of people in the UK, in my varsity and five human beings in my flat. But we hardly talk.
Why?
Three of them are girls - they are chatting between themselves in one of their rooms and there's Kevin - the Chinese guy. Sadly I didn't get invited in the girl chat room (or maybe I should've joined them. But then its all girl talk man) and Kevin is out. Hence I write a blog.
Maybe this is why Americans write a lot of blogs. Or maybe all of them have got the resources to do it.

Anyways I know I'm bored because I didn't have much to do today so you get to get a glimpse of my university and my room. Enjoy!
Hoping that tomorrow would be better.
Feeling good already.

[Note: No offense to anybody, please.]

First look...or lets just say the nearest from the Hall!
